Ken has been a full-time sports coach for 3 years, after previously working as a sales and marketing director for a global company. He now runs a coaching company, Lane1 Coaching (Little Adults Need Exercise), and coaches a variety of sports including swimming, football, basketball, Tennis, Street Surfin, Golf and badminton.
Ken coaches’ children of all ages within schools and clubs, and also coaches the Derby County Ladies senior Football team who were recently promoted to the women’s premiership.
